I absolutely loved the Swissotel! The staff was pleasant and accomodating, the decor was very pleasing and the rooms were impeccably clean---which is something extremely important to me. I stay downtown Chicago often and was really looking forward to this hotel because I had read so many good things about it. I was completely disappointed. The lines to check in and check out were unmanagable and there was very little customer service from any of the the staff (front desk to gym). I will go back to the Ritz next time. No comparison.

I really liked the view from this hotel. We were able to see the fireworks directly from our room! But even further, the service that we received was exceptional and outstanding.
