waited an extra hour for my room and the hotel did nothing to make my stay better.

Check in time was 3 p.m. I was there at 3 p.m. to check in and I was told my room would be ready in 10 minutes. I was out there a few weeks ago and had a very nice stay at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The Bar(s) were nice and food was pretty good. Check out the Chocolate Bar if you get a chance. The hotel seemed to run very smooth…had a chance to meet one of managers in the lobby that left me with a great impression. Thank you
