Rooms are clean they dont smell like the stale air. My only complaint is they dont have public washers and dryers (but they will wash, dry, and fold them for $5.00 per load for you) I like to do my own laundry. Its a good place for companies employees to be in walking distance to places to eat if they dont want to drive to go get a bite to eat. Friendly people. Beds are pretty flat and hard if thats what you like.
