First, price was more than stipulated in this site. 2nd. Cigarette smoke in non smoker, trash left behind under dresser, cigarette hole in bed cover. Small tear in sheet and sheets not big enough for king bed.

Nice pool area. Newly renovated rooms. Great location. Good breakfast. Lots of families stayed at this hotel. Safe location. Best value for a hotel in the Charleston area.

Service was above average, room was clean, but a little outdated. King bed was very comfortable. Quiet and convenient. A nice, afforable place that I would return to.

Stayed here for three nights in May and found it to be a great deal for the money. Our room was large and comfortable - not exceptionally clean and a bit rundown but nothing specific to complain about. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was really good (waffle batter w/ Belgian waffle iron for hot fresh waffles, tasty biscuits & gravy, ...

never going back. hole in bath tub never saw a maid .we were going to stay 2 nights and see the sights. but only stayed one nigt as i prepaid. took my chances on getting refund.Booked this over internet. very disappointed.

For the money; who could ask for anything more. You are a 5 minute drive from the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and the air worked great. (New air units have been placed in the room s where there were issues before) For a great weekend or just a clean place to stay I reccomend the Lands End East.The breakfast is wonderful and the pool is great too!!!

The hotel was in a convenient place. The rooms had an odor that didn't go away evening spraying Lysol. The air conditioning wouldn't cool the small room. The laundry facilities were poor - washer worked in one area - not the dryer and opposite in another part of hotel. The breakfast was below average. When something was empty, we were told, someone ate it all and nothing was replaced.
