Good Value Motel for those with high standardsThis is a great motel near the beach in Dunedin with clean rooms and a quiet location back from the street.
It's location is really only suitable for those with their own transport (or willing to walk 5km to town) but relatively close to the centre of town - Dunedin being the compact city it is.

Beach Lodge MotelMarlene and Pete were wonderful hosts when my son and I stayed at their motel in July 2006. All our needs were met with nothing but friendliness, and helpfulness. Their motel was close to everything in Dunedin including parks, beaches,hospital, resturants, shopping, you name it!, and all kinds of sports facilities. I would recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere clean to stay whilst visiting Dunedin.
