desk staff was helpful, spoke good english. but when we asked for a extra pillow once and ice another time we got a very poor attitude from the employee that the desk staff told to get them. My wife and I with kids ages 12 and 16 enjoyed our recent 4 night stay at Hotel Hiberia. Excellent location for walking to major attractions except Vatican City and bus stop was only 5 minute walk for that. Also bus from hotel to main train terminal (we took train to Venice)only 15 minute ride and only 1 euro each.
