Staff was not very friendly

There were dirty room service plates in the hallway for a day and a half

breakfast buffet was overpriced. For $16 a person there should have been better quality food and service

Very friendly and professional staff. It was a great location. Away from the main traffic, yet close enough to the main highway to reach any destination.

I had to stay at this Hyatt for spouse's training session and decided to add on two nights to see the area. The lobby is clean and elegant, but on our floor the wallpaper was loose around doorways, signs were missing or cracked, the ice machine and vending machine was out of order. I just stayed at the Hyatt Regency Windwatch Hotel and my hotel room was very very beautiful.The people there were wonderful.The service was excellent.They did a Great job with decorating the Grand Ballroom for my college Alumni dinner dance.The dinner was fantastic.It is an A+ hotel. They even helped me to find my hotel room when I arrived as I had never been there before. Can't wait to go back again.

The hotel smelled. Kids were everywhere causing noise, making it difficult to sleep.
The ladies at the brunch and at check in were wonderful. Thanks for them.
