    My family and I thought we try something different by staying in a different hotel in Corpus Christi,TX. We were sadly disappointed from the start with our guarantee check-in of 4:00pm turning into 4:45pm. We and a lot of other families were stuck in the lobby waiting for our rooms.
    Next, our room smelled like chemicals, mildew and other smells?? ...

    My kids had a really good time being right on the beach and having two swimming pools and a hot tub to jump in and out of. But, they would have had just as much fun in a Motel 6.

  • When you think about beach front hotel, this is it

    I've been going to this beautiful place since I was 3 and it's a really good place to go for the family and it's a good price. The hotel couldn't be any closer to the beach (just walk out about 15 to 20 feet and there's the sand)and it's got a great pool section (hot tub, heated pools) and an okay play ground.     I been to this Hotel several times now. The only reason I keep going back is that is located right on the gulf. The staff is friendly. Place is clean. Had a great view of the Ocean. The AC was very noisy. could not sleep. Pool is not heated. Bed was too firm for my taste. overall clean room. The only major problem was the Pelican restaurant ...

    I love this hotel! We have stayed here 7 years in a row. The location is awesome, the staff is great (sometimes hot guys),restraunt has good food, our rooms have always been excellent. The pools are nice and the bar is awesome.

    What DIDNT I like?!?! Quiet clean beach, warmed pool, regular pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor bar with live entertainment on weekends. Nice rooms with open door balconies, cable tv, video games for kids and big kids alike, as well as internet connection availability. I highly recommend this to families wanting a clean safe place to go on a vacation.
