The staff were very customer oriented. The rooms are extremely nice, very well equiped with fridge, coffee maker (not a one cup maker either!). Plenty of space to move around without falling over suitcases. Well decorated, and awesome beds - comfort level a 10!

I liked the ocean themed entry. The hotel is very close to the beach and offers great views of the gulf. It needs a little updating though.

Nice hotel in a great location - right on the beach!!! My room was clean, and late checkout was not a problem with no extra charge. Amenities are fantastic (pool, pool bar, restaurant, etc...). And, as if that weren't enough, you should compare their rates with those of the tiny little BW Hotel just down the road. Hint - they're the same. Great value.
