Went here for a short vacation and was disappointed in the facility. The beach area is good, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. Staff are not the friendliest. Only two small elevators, which barely hold one family of 4, and definitely not a family with their luggage. Waited long periods of time for elevator, ended up using stairs ...

The Good Side:
Nice location. We could've went to the beach as much as we can. The hotel was literally right next to it! Also, there was a jacuzzi, which was somewhat nice. There was one bed and one pull-out couch, which was quite unique. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and the staff got it right away.

My friend and I get away for a Mom's vacation every year. This has become our choice to stay. Great pool and rooms! The customer service is wonderful too. Granted, one elevator was broken, but we didn't let that get us down. Great value too!

First impression this was an old hotel, not a resort, more comparable to an hourly rate motel. The nice hotels which I have stayed do not allow bathing suits in the lobby. This place was moderately good. First of all, we had to use the service elevator because their elevators were not working properly. THen, there breakfast buffet, was extremely expensive, $11.00! for a person. Also, the cleaning staff were never properly dressed, not professional at all.

If you don't ever listen to a reiview please listen to mine. This hotel is terrible and rates as a cheap roadside motel. About the only thing good about it is the parking next to the beach. Only problem is it will cost you $150.00 a night to stay and get the parking. If you are smart you will stay across the street and just walk through the Holiday Inn parking lot to the beach. It is just simply a dump!!
