Tried to cancel one of three rooms we had booked and were told we had non-cancellable rooms. We had no notice of this. When we arrived we were told our rooms had been "prepaid online" and checked our account to find that they had billed 12 nights (3 rooms for 4 nights each) 30 days before our arrival.

Stale smell in hallways. No air ...

The room and hotel smells. The bathtub/shower was dirty and had mold on the shower walls. No hot water when taking a shower. Sheets were rough and the towels were worn out . the carpet smelt moldy, construction around the hotel and any other business in the area is downright terrible.
Staff is great, price is also but, needs to update everything (carpet etc..)

The rooms smell and smell and smell like mold!! The breakfast room is awful. You feel like you are in a museum. Even a museum feels more comfortable.Very old carpets.

The internet is extremely slow.

Bathroom was filthy and used products were left for us. Tried to call room service, but no answer. Called front desk and was told she was only one working and room service just disappeared. If we wanted new and clean towels and shower products we would have to come and get them ourselves. Will never go back here.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful in every way. If there was something you needed they would go out of their way to get it for you.If by chance they didn't provide that service, they went above and beyond their duty to see that you were taken care of.
