The sleep number beds were a joke, the beds deflated during the night. The one pool that was heated was cold. I paid for a ten night stay and they locked me out of my room on the seventh day. Housekeeping finally cleaned the floor on the 9th day after many calls to housekeeping. No extra pillows were available. Although the location was great, the hotel was definitely not worth what we were charged.

The check in set a bad tone. The staff was rude and even argued behind the desk with themselves. It took 30 minutes for me to check in and I only had one person in front of me in line.
The restaurant added in a 15% gratuity for a party of 2. Had they not taken it upon themselves to add in the tip we usually tip in the 20 to 25% range. I have heard of this for parties of 8 or more but not 2.

The service was horrible, upon arriving I was asked to sign a check-in document which had a higher rate than the confirmation quote on the internett. I had thank goodness all the documentation with me. Even a letter signed by the asst. manager was not good enough for the desk clerk or the night manager.

I loved the pools one heated the other with a slide and waterfall. Don't leave your undies in the dryer unattended though there is a panty thief in the building. It was a great hotel with great rates.

Perfect location, the hotel was right outside of the Disney Parks, close enough not to pay high prices. The accommendations were excellent, the hotel service was great.
