I was down in Orlando for a convention at the Gaylord Palms. I decided to stay here instead as the rates were very reasonable. The hotel furnishings seem a little dated but the rooms are clean. The staff here are excellent. They are very friendly and give the place a friendly experience, they make you feel as if you have known them for years. I stayed for 4 days and when my family and I come back to Florida I will definately book here again.

I recently stayed here for an industry conference I was in town for and was very disappointed in the hotel. My room was not nice and felt dirty and out of date.
