Just a quick note to let you know that what you have done with the (former) Country Inn Hotel is FANTASTIC!

I brought my family up for the day from Chicago and was blown away with what a great water park you have. A great value for your day passes or overnight stays.

I am certain that Waukesha and Pewaukee tourism is benefitting greatly from this new addition.

We were shocked to see the way the hotel staff tried their best to ruin my friend's wedding. First they would not accomodate the DJ to find a suitable place to setup, then they didn't have the right bar tenders that the bride and groom requested and they had a "touch crap" attitude about the whole thing. There wasn't any particular thing that went wrong during the stay. It just felt like the staff didn't care about me as a customer. This place seems busy, but for the money it isn't a great value. They seem to get a lot of local business thanks to the waterpark and I thinkt that is what gives them a "we don't care about you attitude."

Our dog got sick, we had to cancel our reservation under the 2-day limit. They felt the need to charge us 1/2 ($85). Fine, they have the right but we'll never recommend the Country Springs, talk well of the management, stay there or hold any event there. Hope the bad reputation you now have with us was worth the $85 you felt the need to charge. There are many better hotels in the area. We recommend you avoid the Country Spring completely.
