I have just returned from Europe, The hotel is in a fablous location but the staff are very unfriendly, we had people barging into our room in the middle of the day wtihout a knock, the manager is a very rude fellow and needs to attend a hotel management workshop. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. There are many other good hotels in Barcelona with fantastic room and staff.
