The view is the best no question about, location very good central close to all, but this is it. 15 dollars parking for guests(daily no good), we stay on 20 floor premier falls view suite, never see the roubes or any one to clean the room. Sauna room very small and durty,pool very small.No coffe maker on the rooms. Needs improvment.

The Oaks hotel was just okay. Room size was fair but bathrooms were small. Also, we were stuck on the second floor, which we didn't have a good view (we booked a courtyard room but we got a room that had a small view of the falls). What I liked about the hotel was that the location of the hotel was pretty good. Also the view on the forteenth floor was excellent. Hotel was okay.
Parking was $15 per night, quite a distance from the hotel down a dingy alley. We were "upgraded" to a king room which was directly over the pool--and smelled like chlorine. Not real romantic for our anniversary! The room was on the 2nd floor with a view of the walkway and rapids. At night we could see the highest fireworks, but not the ...

Torn bedding, broken chairs, bad TV-(cnn channel used for niagara advertising) and confusing website Watch Out packages are advertised with meals, but not so add 69.95. We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed a good hotel but it has gone downhill fast. Will not return!

We booked a Fallsview sky suite (two level) and the Greg Frewin magic show package. The sky suite is not as adverised in their brochure or on the website. I called to book a room to be sure that I would get a fallsview, and the lady there upgraded us. We got a 3 room suite on the 16th floor. The rooms were very clean. Service was always with a smile. Friendly, helpful and the view was magnificient. I told all my kids that this hotel is the only one to go to. You can't get that much closer to the falls. It was my first time in Niagara and a time that I will always remember. Thanks Oakes.
My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights and were so disappointed. Our room was in a dingy area with no elevator and the door leading in from the parking lot was NOT secured whatsoever. The bed was as hard as a rock, which caused both of our backs to hurt. The service sucked! The clerks didn't want to be bothered by anyone asking questions. ...

We just returned and had similar experiences to the recent reviews in July. Front desk was rude and not at all helprful. Promotions for kids was a joke and thanks to the front desk we found out after the fact that tickets had to be purchased through the hotel to get the alleged discounts.
