A romantic tropical oasis, with a perfect view of Lands End where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. We were served like royalty on the private beach under the shade of a palapa. The rooms were plush, yet authentic Mexican decor, so you didn't feel like you were in a chain type hotel. Easy walk to the marina for sunset cruises or ...

I'll never stay here again!

We had absolutely horrible service. The rate we paid for our room was not the rate we were quoted. The free drinks we were supposed to get were not free.
Location was Ok. Free airport transport was good.

Great way to get away, but still be in the middle of it all.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Hotel Hacienda and loved it!! Great location with lots of beach frontage, yet near the marina filled with many shops and restaurants. Overall a great experience.
The rooms aren't the fanciest, but they are nice and cozy!
One thing to not do is schedule fishing through the hotel. I would recommend doing that in the Marina where you can see the boats and meet the guides yourself.
It was great! First time, but will definitly come back! Love the whole mexican feel. Close walk to many shops and resturants. Very clean. Romantic at night with lights, music and beach.

If they kept the beach bar open later we would definitly go back, we had children and did not like taking them to the main restaurant
By constr2, 05/14/05

For us with children, we like someplace where you can get a hamburger and fries or chip and dip, what ever snack food until 6 or 6:30, they closed there beach eating up way to early. We did not like taking the kids to their restaurant, took to long and not geared for children, ...

Hacienda Beach Resort

We have stayed here four times. We love the location and the convenience to the beach palapas and reasonable walk into town, should you get tired of being a palapa-potato.
