Check in was at 3:00pm we arrived at 2:55pm we were told that we could not check in at that time because no rooms were available. We had to wait 5 minutes which check in took longer than that. After reading many reviews about this hotel, I decided to try it anyway. Since the last review written on this site, the hotel has begun complete hotel room renovations and still planning on many more updates. Our room was nicely redone with new beds and furniture and the place is in a great location. I am looking forward to seeing the hotel when it is finished and would stay here again.

We requested a non-smoking room and a crib. What did we get? A room that smelled like a pack of cigarettes had just been lit. Also, they said they ran out of cribs and for us to use the pull out couch (for a 6 month old baby!!)
