When I checked in I noticed a housekeeping excellence award and was curious! When I got to my room I can see why they earned it! Great hotel, Great price, Awesome location and great people!!!!

My family stayed there when they came to town for a week long family reunion. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, and the bathrooms were not clean....

I was actually pleasantly surprised. I know it's close to lots of tourist sights in SE Pennsylvania, but Pottstown is rather small, so I wasn't expecting top-notch accomodations--but everything was at least as good as anyone could ask for this class of hotel.
