We stayed for 3 nights last week and were charmed by the staff who made museaum reservations in Florence for us and by the garden veiws of Tuscany. Loved it.

This hotel gave us a poor first impression b/c of the front desk staff. You ask for anything (water for the room, internet use, help with a/c, etc) and they think you are asking for the moon. The location isnt close to anything. Its a long walk to the walled city of Siena. The rooms were noisy b/c of the location on a busy corner. This was a huge disappointment that I will avoid the next time.
