Food at the Japanese Restaurant was overpriced though. Hotel restaurant was good. I would stay again.

Terrible. I will never stay here or at another Sheraton. I was in a hurry to check out and left a bag behind. When I returned to the hotel, my bag was returned to me but had been rifled through and all my jewelry stolen. I called the police and they were more sympathetic than the manager or front desk clerk! After I complained to the manager, he said "Are you done?" I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life!

Likes: good airport parking. Stay overnight and leave your car. Unlike Logan Park and Go, however, we are not sure of the security.
Dislikes: Not especially clean, had stale smells all over.

The hotel was further from the airport than expected and shuttle that picked us up was slow to do so.

The hotel is nice on the inside and the rooms are a good size. The matress, however, was not very comfortable.
