The staff members were wonderful. This is a nice, clean hotel thats worth the money. My first time at Quality Inn but wont be my last. Location wasnt the best but hey, its Havelock, what more can you expect.

This was THE WORST place i have ever stayed in. The front desk manager was rude and should not be working with people, the secerety in hotel is bad. The outside door did not work to get inside. My room was dirty when i checked in, it looked like someone had just left. the whole hotel needs alot of work! I would never stay in this hotel.

My husband retirement banquet was planned one year in advance. The manager assured me he had 15 year experience in big functions. Through all of the hard work I put into this the service, and the hospitailty was awful. 1.Their was three waitress to serve 141 adults.
