The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools seemed clean and well maintained. The particular unit we were in, a one bedroom unit on the fourth floor, was not well maintained or decorated. It needed LOTS of TLC and was a little gross. My sister and I stayed in 501 which is done in all pink. It was decorated beautifully. Each condo is individually owned; so it depends on the owner as far as decor and appliances and furniture. We loved it! It was very clean; and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again this summer.

I stayed here for one weekend with my family. I slept on the sofa bed and the next day when we were driving home i found bed bug bites on my arm. The room was decent but I doubt I would want to come back.

I have a feeling that all the positive reviews are from the actual owners of the condos. The rooms are not clean. The building is not clean.

I have stayed at nicer condo's Carolina Beach, I suggest to shop around.

We had room 612 on the 6th floor and it was absolutely the cutest room ever! It had bright yellow paint and very cute decorations. The beds slept GREAT!! We had 4 people in the condo for 2 days, then 6 people in there for additional 2 days and it was enough room for everyone. It also helped that the kitchen was FULLY STOCKED (except groceries). ...
