Recently travelled to Louisville and stayed at the BW Airport East. Upon arrival, check in was easy and room was ready. The hotel lobby was clean and updated. My room was on the 3rd floor, elevator and stairs close to check in desk. The room I stayed in was non-smoking. It was clean and had ever convenience possible from coffe maker to ironing ...

I booked this hotel through bestwestern.com and got a very decent rate. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait about 2 hours for my room and when I was allowed in, I was told that the reason I had to wait was because I wanted a smoking room when I had actually requested a non-smoking room. It wasn't a big deal, I was checking in early anyway so I ...
The staff was great, the service was great. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was so-so. Fruit would have been welcome. The side restaurant was fun. The bartender was a great gal. Close to everything we wanted to see. Got reservations on line and saved a lot of money.
If you need to stay at a comfortable, quiet place in Louisville and you're on a budget, this is the place!! The staff is awesome and the rooms are suprisingly quiet, probably because it was built in the 60s (thicker walls). Sure, it's old, and the neighborhood is semi-seedy, but the beds are comfy, rooms are clean, & the price is right. ...

Cheap price and cheap looking rooms.

Did enough to get me refreshed for the test the next morning. I encountered no rude workers, the only person I really had any interaction with was the lady at the desk, who was ...
We reserved/prepaid for a king bed, two adult room. At 3:00 pm the room was not ready. We went shopping and return a couple of hours later to find the room had two full beds. We had to show the paper we printed from Expedia showing we paid for a king, two adults, room and then was told they didn't have to honor it. After a while they did. We ...

First of all, the only good point to this hotel was that it was clean. We checked in and were sent to the wrong room with the wrong key- there were actually people in the room that called the desk and said we were trying to break in. After finally getting the correct key to the correct room, the air conditioning in our room was barely working- ...
