Great Experience-Highly recommendRecently travelled to Louisville and stayed at the BW Airport East. Upon arrival, check in was easy and room was ready. The hotel lobby was clean and updated. My room was on the 3rd floor, elevator and stairs close to check in desk. The room I stayed in was non-smoking. Female travelers BEWARE!I booked this hotel through bestwestern.com and got a very decent rate. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait about 2 hours for my room and when I was allowed in, I was told that the reason I had to wait was because I wanted a smoking room when I had actually requested a non-smoking room. I would go backThe staff was great, the service was great. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was so-so. Fruit would have been welcome.

Outstanding value & great service!If you need to stay at a comfortable, quiet place in Louisville and you're on a budget, this is the place!! The staff is awesome and the rooms are suprisingly quiet, probably because it was built in the 60s (thicker walls). Cheap price and cheap looking rooms.Yes, the price looks nice. But, you get what you pay for. The customer service may be delightful and helpful when you walk in, but it's a whole different story when you see the rooms. Never AgainWe reserved/prepaid for a king bed, two adult room. At 3:00 pm the room was not ready. We went shopping and return a couple of hours later to find the room had two full beds. Never again!!!!First of all, the only good point to this hotel was that it was clean. We checked in and were sent to the wrong room with the wrong key- there were actually people in the room that called the desk and said we were trying to break in.
