NO STARS! Was not sure if seeing the sheriff patrol the motel 6 was a good or bad thing. The room was really dirty & had a bad smell. This was the first Motel 6 that charges for wifi access. No area for pets. Parking is limited, & I believe this Motel 6 is home to a few loud locals. I would recommend if near Indio, California to stay in 1000 palms or Palm Springs.
