I'm extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I came home with bed bugs after staying at this hotel. After contacting the manager (Indian Guy) he showed no concern and suggested I "do whatever I want" in regards to the situation. He didn't even offer to discount my room which would be the least of my problem at this point. I would definately recommend this manager get some customer servcie training to better assist customers.

Jesse was very helpful and informative. We had a nice stay, are from back east so we enjoyed our Arizona experience. My wife thought the views of the mountains were wonderful. The local restaurants are decent but the ones in Sedona are better. Will be back next year.

It was a quiet hotel out on the way to Jerome, wanted to get out of phoenix and just drive around, the gentleman that checked us in was well dressed and polite. The room was quiet and comfy, slept great! Donald.

We arrived at 3 P.M. was promptly checked in, the reservationist was very polite and well spoken. We originaly wanted to stay in Jerome but was glad we stayed at Quality Inn. The restaurant and lounge was an added plus. Highly recommended.

The room was clean or at least appeared so during the 15 minutes I stayed in it. No key was provided, and when I returned to my room later, there was another person in it. The discounted amount was never honoured by the property, and I left the room early in the morning feeling invaded and rather unsafe. I would never return to this location again based on the manner in which I was treated.

I got the map upside down so what I thought was the first hotel comming into town turned out to be the last. Turned out to be quiet with a nice clean room. No king size available (?) but the queen size was fine. Nice view of Mingus Mtn in the morning. Breakfast not available on site (slept in past cont. serving which shut down at 9)
