We looked at a lot of options but choose the Town_N_country because of the great reviews. As a pilot I have stayed in a lot of places. Most of them are very good but none of them come close to the Town-N-Country cottages. In reserving our cottage both Scott and Cheryl were great from the get go.

Wonderful place! We enjoyed a very clean 2 bedroom cabin, living room with pull-out couch and kitchen for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the playground, basketball court, and of course the swing over the creek. We had a great time!

What a Beautiful place. Perfect. Very clean and quiet. This is the only place I will stay when I visit Manitou Springs. Thanks for the wonderful time.

After a couple of nights with interrupted sleep in a national chain hotel in Denver, the Town-N-Country was like a total escape to serenity. Clean, attractive units with the all the comforts of home placed in a beautiful setting. We felt welcomed from the first time we walked into the office and that continued throughout. Our only wish, or regret, if you will, is that we couldn't stay longer. To the owners/managers...simply a great job!!!

This is a beautiful, shady, quiet modern place to stay. Has great beds,very clean & modern kitchen & bathroom. Scott & Cheryl Brooks go out of their way to make people welcome! We had a trailer & they made sure we had a place to secure it. The pool was very clean as was the hot tub. The bedroom had an outside deck overlooking a creek that deer visited often. We will stay here again next year!

We were really impressed with Town & Country. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful with tips and coupons for local attractions. The pool and hot tub were great. The view was wonderful. We had a great time. The kids loved the owner's dog. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to go back someday.

Town N Country Cottages was a wonderful place to stay. We didn't arrive there until after closing, but the owners left the lights on and a key waiting for us. Thank you. We love to come to Manitou Springs and Town N Country was really fun. It was very cold and snowy outside but the cabin with the fireplace was warm and cozy. Very conveniently located. Watch out for the curve at the entrance..go up the road and turn around. Owners are very nice and helpful.
