This reservation was a last minute decision and it worked out great! The king w/study was spacious and CLEAN (perfect for our two little ones)! The bed was very comfortable and the service was fantastic. The hotel even shuttled us to and from the Rangers game. The breakfast was very nice and our kids loved it. Even though it was raining and we couldn't take advantage of the pool, we really enjoyed the hotel. We definitely recommend it!

WOW, they have changed that hotel. The people are great and the rooms were clean. I had the opportunity to meet with the manager after a minor plumbing problem, and he was very nice to work with. I will return soon. Thank you all very much and keep up the great work.

I stayed there once before, and felt that it could be improved a bit. I heard a new Management Company was taking over, and I figured to try it again...What a difference. The team was SOOO firendly, it put other to the curb. The renovation looks nice and I will go back very soon..

They are just wonderful. They were very kind and caring to all our needs. Great service, clean rooms, offered airport pick up and gavre us a great breakfast. I could have stayed anywhere,but this was worth the money

Service is prompt - staff is very knowledgeable and professional - eagar to help in with whatever needed. Rooms are clean and fresh with new sheets and obviously maintained and well kept. Free coffee and tea 24/7 made our evening very relaxing. And the free high speed internet is great and works fantanstic. We would most definetly stay again - a hidden gem, especially for being in such a large population center.

The room was really nice I would stay there again. I even had a problem with being billed twice and the manager took care of the problem right away with no questions asked. I was just an honest mistake.
