I have stayed at both Family Inns in Newport area, more than once, and I did have a very nice stay each time. The rates are gr8 and the people at both places are very nice and treat their guests with respect and help in any way they can. I will admit that they are not like the brand new places and dont have the softest beds but the fact they do have comfortable rooms and the guests are treated well enough to make it well worth the stay!
