Very clean and well staffed.Friendly service. Good food(great pizza). Comfortable rooms.Had a blast in the water park(and I'm over fifty)! Also there was a nice quiet pool to get away from the noise.

It seems like the owners of the water park do not care what it looks like. There is rust on some of the heaters and door frames. Three other women and myself go to Chicago yearly, but the price of hotels was way too high so we decided to try Splash Village. We spent 2 nights, spent time in the lazy river, pool and the water slides 4 50ish women enjoying a water park, had a great time.

I loved that the water area had tons of staff. It made me feel safe to let the kids run around and be free instead of me always by their side.

I booked a normal room to accomodate two kids and two adults and after reading another review here I had concerns and called asking if we could upgrade to a suite if we were not happy with our room upon arrival and was assured we could. We stayed one night, I LOVED the waterpark, it was wonderful. The design and the ultra friendly staff were second to none. We had a wonderful time. We ate at the cafe and it was ok. I only wish that they would have given me a better room for the price, a balcony at least. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful and we will go back.
