The virtual movie for advertisment is false as it appears, the elevator was broke down for a day, none of the three ice machines worked, the lockboxes have not been repaired since the hurricane, the pool stopped up from tanning lotion and was not repaired for two days. The elevators reeked of mildew and smoke as did the corridors. People smoked ...

When we arrived at our room (rm. #203) we noticed an unsettling odor that we believed to be mildew. It wasn't so bad that it made us sick, but bad enough that you were ...
Their website states that they "allow small pets" but the door of the hotel clearly states that animals are not allowed. There is also another large sign on the front desk. If you wish to bring a pet to this hotel, call ahead of time and clear this up. If you are looking for a nice place to spend time with your dog, Gulf Shores is ...
