The Dunes Manor was a great hote because of the service and lobby. Although everything was great the cleaness wasn't to good. We saw sand and dirt in our room. All around it was a great stay and the view was awesome and that we didn't have to drive or walk a long way to the beach or boardwalk. Thanks Dunes for a great stay.
Every room has a marvelous ocean view. The ambiance of this updated hotel is great for a romantic get away. The original sixteen-century tradition of teatime is great for families to come together. I would reommend every to absorb the essence of the beach from the fabulous back porch.
This hotel is located within walking distance to place your heart desires.
Superb!!!!!!!!! I will be back!!!!!

We have been going to Dunes Manor off-season for years and enjoy it every time we go back. We were there this past weekend and plan on going back in October and again the following March. The food in the restaurant is very good and the pool is both indoor and outdoor. The hot tub was very hot. Nice place. On the weekends, they have Shirley ...

I love the ocean front room and all the extra things they had for us. Morning coffee and afternoon tea with cookies. Everything was very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

STAY AT THE DUNES !!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/26/08
I loved the Dunes as soon as you walk in you see a beautiful site of the lobby. The service was normal and the people were very nice there. The location was beautiful. I also like it because of the oceanfront view. It's better when you go with family. I also like it because it is very close to the ocean, boardwalk, mini golf, and the amusement ...

My Family Tradition
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/07
My family has been coming to The Dunes Manor since it opened back in the 80's and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The atmosphere, veranda, ocean view rooms(all of them are), and daily tea time are just a few of the wonderful reasons to stay at The Dunes.
My wife & I had a gift package for our anniversary. Two meals were to be included but we were told there were no tables available, sorry! Rooms were small. Lobby was very loud with drinkers singing and carousing in the evening. The hotel is old and the rooms outdated. Needs a complete overhaul.

Will go back this fall
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/28/07
The people was great and the food was and is also. We really have a real nice time when we come to Ocean City Dunes Manor Hotel. We have be there several times and will go back. We have been there when the lady that built the Hotel gave Tea out and I think that was so nice of her to meet the people and talk to them just like you and I are talking. She was a very very nice lady.
Thank you Joe and Joann

Overall good experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/20/07
The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Our biggest disappointment was that the room was small and not a good value for the price. The view was beautiful. I haven't' returned but would if the rooms were bigger and better.
We also liked how close the hotel was to the boardwalk yet far enough to not be noisy.

I Loved Every Single Minuite of My Stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/07
When you first walk into the hotel, there is a grand staircase to take you up to the lobby, and to the right is where you check in. Straight accross from when you come up the staircase is the raised patio, that takes you to the lower deck, that has the Zippy Louis Lounge. You can get drinks and food. Walking toward it, the first stop on the right ...
