The location and value are great but the office staff unpleasant and the room not very well kept. The beds were uncomfortable, the refrigerator didn't work and there was a hole in the ceiling. The office staff were not very friendly or helpful.

We love the staff and maid service! The best part about the hotel is that they offer parking and you can walk anywhere you want for the motel. This is the best motel to stay and worth any amount of money. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something relaxing and stress free. Outlet shops are only a car drive up the street. So worth it to stop when you have kids because of the no tax!

the oceanus is a fantastic place to stay in rehoboth. it's centrally located to all resteraunts, shops, the boardwalk and the ocean. the service here is great too. when we stayed they offered a free continental breakfast for all guests. my children loved swimming in the pool. the rooms are comfortable, maid service is exceptional.

Great family motel, walking distance to all all beach attractions and short car ride to discount stores.
The rooms are very clean and employees are helpful and pleasant.

The Oceanus Motel is a very family friendly motel. The front desk personnel were polite, friendly and helpful. They aim to please. The pool is wonderful. Rooms are kept very clean. Great place to stay and it's within walking distance of the beach!
Free parking too! I am planning to return to the beach this summer again and I will be booking this motel again! Wonderful!!!!
