Mildew, moldy smells, stains on furniture lousy cleaning staff for the astronomical amount of 400.00+ a night? Forget this place and move onto a cleaner resort.
Not convenient to eat anything,.. you can't get anything delivered for take out and nothing is within walking distance.

I have stayed here for the last few summers. Each year it gets more expensive ( it's now astronomic )but the place gets dirtier, less well kept and smellier!
Our room ( Rapallo Upper ) had a huge hole in the patio deck. It took me calling the front desk and resort manager for 4 days ( we were staying 8 days ) to finally come and actually fix ...

I really think this a family style place! It is convienient to East Hampton and where I like to go for breakfeast, The Amagabsett Farm Stand! The only bad thing it's not so clean and it's not luxury. Totally go here!
