Not particularly clean, with no real charm. If you spend most of your time away from your motel then it is ok. If you spend time in the room, then think twice about this motel.

We stayed at the Maple Leaf in October
and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very
clean and cozy. The outdoor heated pool was a treat with the warm weather we had in October. The locaton was great just a short
walk to all the shops and restaurants, but
far enough off main street away from the noise. We will be back to our home away
from home.

What a wonderful place to stay. The service was exceptional. The room we stayed in was very clean and newly remodeled. The property was very well maintained and the
flowers were beautiful. They have a heated inground swimming pool that was very refreshing. I will definatly stay
at The MAPLE LEAF on my next trip to Lake
Placid.
