Great service. More than helpful .Wonderful places to eat and phone calls to change reservations for our wale watch made for us with out looking it up in the book. We would stay any time we need to be on the lower cape.The room has everything needed.

An older Inn but very clean and well maintained. A great value compared to the newer hotels that were a block away. Great free breakfast too!

When we arrived, the owners reccomended a great restaurant. Also our room had a fridge, microwave, sink, and table. Since we were going to Nantucket and our boat left before breakfast was served, the owners personally brought us cereal and donuts at 5:30 in the morning. Also, everything in town is in walking distance from this hotel. When we go to Hyannis again, we will stay here.

this motel is excellent in location for ferries, bus station beaches and main street. vowners cannot do enough for you and rooms are extremely tidy. at these rates you would be hard pushed to find any place to touch it.and that comes from a scotsman!!!!

The owners are fantastic. We told them what we were interested in and they gave us maps and directions. Made reservations for us.
The room had a small microwave, table, sink, and small range. They didn't have the cereal I usually eat and behold the next morning they had it. A great place.
