We've just returned from our getaway weekend at the Wentworth. With the exception of our room (in the main hotel - queen standard), it was a wonderful experience.

Rooms in the hotel as basic and bland. They are clean, but sterile. Bed linens were average. We learned at the end of our weekend that we should have upgraded (cost$$$) to one ...

Stayed in 'THORNEYCROFT' honeymoon suite (Jan. 2007). Although the room was drafty because of the old non-insulated windows, we managed to keep warm with passsion and the fireplaces provided in both the bedroom and bathroom. This hotel is great. I go there every year and stay at one of the condos but the hotel is great too. When you enter Jackson center it is the biggest building there and the front really does look beautifull. Great location.

We loved this place! It is the winter wonderland one dreams of. The service was unbelievable. By the end of our weekend we knew everyone's name fromt he waiter (whom we loved) to the manager etc. Our room was the last book and easily their least favorite but we enjoyed it, it was warm and cozy after a long day of skiing:) We were there last year for Valentine's Day and we can't even wait that long to go back!!

Do not expect the latest commodities.
Rather enjoy the fireplace, the billard table, and an excellent restaurant.
