This was our third time at this hotel and have liked it in the past. The management has changed again and NOT for the better. In our 5 night stay the room was never vacuumed and we never got clean sheets. The breakfasts were overpriced and quite poor quality, so we just bought food to eat in our room.

I don't understand how this place got all those good ratings? I booked two nights by counting on all those "excellent" reviews and ended up with a "worst place on the earth" to stay. I & my wife stayed there in april,2005.

It is a great place to stay, i would recomend it to anyone visiting Christchurch.

This place was so nice. It has a neat location and some good ammenities. A good place to stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us book a rental car. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fridges and 21" TV. We really liked the Chinese TV channels. Felt like home!
