Was absolutely wonderful. Could not find a thing wrong with the service. I would suggest though that perhaps you could sell some kiddie type floats for the pool... Can't wait to come back, and we will.

Fantastic hotel planning our 4th trip there. we fell in love with the hotel people beach places on our first trip back in 2002. the way the thai people have re built Patong we didn't think it would be possible to make this fantsic place better, but they proved us wrong. My family and i have just arrived back from Phuket, and we stayed at the Patong Merlin. Its a great location, close to restaraunts, bars and shopping. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and we are already planning our trip back again (staying here again of course!) THe rooms are cleaned daily and to an excellent, trustworthy standard.
