The Mandarin Oriental Singapore was a great hotel. It is definitely one of the top 5 hotels in Singapore. I was impressed from the second I was picked up from the airport to the time when I was dropped off. The hotel is very contemporary. The lobby was small, but beautifully decorated. The rooms are very spacious and are also very equipped. The ...

Try to do too much on the surface and totally ignore details like (purposely or not) forgot to provide receipt upon checkout.
With 380 SGD per night, the room requires you to pay additional 30 SGD for 24 internet access. And when there is a problem, the response were slow.
Upon our arrival, throughout to our departure, we were treated like we were very special guests! The entire hotel staff was so pleasant and thoughtful!
Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable.
The food was excellent, with outstanding dining services at each and every meal!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and definitely ...

I stayed at The Oriental Singapore for 35 days and believe me, I've never been in such a nice place before! You will love the employees, the installations and the location! It's not cheap but believe me, It delivers too much value than what you pay.

have fun...happy with the staff..they very friendly,helpful..they are efficiency on their works... the room that i stayed oso quite nice and warm..feel homely. the location also great.
For years the Oriental was an ageing beauty - afterall the hotel had opened in the mid-80s and was in much need of a facelift.
Now that the facelift is done, the whole feel is much nicer. The staff is friendly and service is good. Hotel also has a good spa and several good dining options, including Morton's of Chicago.
I Stayed at the oriental with my husband and daughter somewhere in May this year... loved the fabolous service and friendly staff... they never said no to my needs... got my daughter a stroller... and made everything convenient for us during this trip... I remember every night when we return from our shopping with tired feet, the staffs (ya... a ...
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, the people were hospitable and looked out for my every need. As soon as I checked in, it seemed like everyone knew who I was! Very personal service! Our room included breakfast, which was one of the best buffets I have ever seen! American, Asian, Indian foods were all available. I love this hotel and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this city!
