Although the service was excellent, the decore of our two suites on two visits was very dark and depressing And as there was no view, surrounded by buildings, this made us feel even more claustrophobic- Black marble, dark brown walls, black roller blinds- All brown and black! More like a funeral parlour! Of course the lighting was also dim!

i like this place because there's a lot of beautiful places and also the artist there are very cute...........many people wanted to in that country because of cutie-cute cute things there......i also love all the suvinirs there,especialy the dress it was very beautiful...

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The staff know english so you dont have to know Korean(not recommended).There 24 hour service is the best because we could do anything we want ALL DAY LONG. The pools were great for the kids. If it rained outside they go inside, and if it was sunny they would go outside. Their pools were so big ...

Convenient and comfortable, this hotel is great. Very clean and plush, lots of restaurants to choose from (though they seem expensive; found cheaper just across the street). We easliy received our $220 worth of splurge hotel!
