This is the third time I spent at the Benakutai (December 2003) The only complaint I have is that some of the interior is worn out. My first room had wall paper peeling off. I asked and got a better room. They have a great pool, great foyer where you can hang out and a good restraunt (great breakfasts). Another big plus is that they are a few blocks from the big mall in Balikpapan.
