    We had our wedding ceremony at the Shangri La. The service from the staff was impeccable, they catered to our every wish and even deviated from their standard package to comply with American and Chinese wedding customs.

    The hotel is located at the end of a quiet street about 7-10 minutes from a famous and popular shopping district.

    Last winter the pool was not working, it’s very disappointed.
    Also once in the midnight (about between one and two o’clock at morning), I was wake up by hard door knocking, like call for emergency. There were three young girls. When they saw me, simply said, “Wrong room.” Than left with no apology.
