Cearly any good reviews of this hotel have been made by the hotel itself.

The reality is that it is old, dirty, shabby and generally run-down. The service is sub-standard and the food poor. Hygiene is a below acceptable standards.

The Hotel is old but quite well maintained; service at the check in desk is friendly and efficient, rooms are very old technical standard but everything is working including Internet-connection in each room.
As long as I do not see or hear from a better hotel in KRT I prefer to stay in Hilton, even if it is expensive. As soon as I enter KRT Hilton hotel I feel back into a safe, reasonably administrated and maintained place.

OK - The location is good. Apart from that the hotel is rundown and generally grotty. The Garden Rooms (around the pool area) are mosquito infested. My bath didn't even have a stopper and the drain stank - and it's meant to be a 5 Star Hotel ?? !
The room rates are ridiculous, as are the outrageous prices they have the audacity to charge ...

We absolutely hated it! it was dirty and smelly. the rooms were grooty and we were not impressed. we shall not be going back!We also thought that it was a bad place to let your children stay!

Hilton Hotel Khartoum is one of the best hotel's location some gests can get board according to the government regulation and the Legislations , this hotel is good for hunny moons quiet better visit Sudan between Dec-March . for better outdoor activities clean . people are super nice limeted female workers due to culture but guys deliver ...

Has a good location. Access to Khartoum can be a little but frustration during rush hour periods. The hotel service is very friendly but as most other services in the country not very efficient. The overall atomosphere is beautiful and quite relaxed and for someone looking for a great place to relax at not a so cheap price, this could be one your best bets in Kharotum

To deserve the 5 stars it was given, the rooms and restaurants need to be completely renovated.

The cleanliness is too poor and cannot compare to a name. the name is just misleading the guests... So poor...

EVERYTHING IS NICE,I HAVE BEEN THERE ABOUT 6 TIMES,& EVERY ONE SHOULD GO.THE PEOPLE ARE NICE,GOOD SERVICE,LOCATION,&CLEANLINESS.
I LOVE THIS PLACE,IT IS FANTASTIC.I HAVE LIKED EVERYTHING PEOPLE,SERVICE,&LACATION.THER IS NOTHING THERE THAT I DISLIKED.
