My wife and I went for our Silver Wedding Anniversary, and as we are both golfers this took some beating. The hotel food and service was excellent. Golfing facilites superb. We are considering returning in 2006.

Have just come back from a very disappointing 2-week honeymoon at the Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius.
Beautiful architecture, but the service is absolutely useless. Obviously no training or management provided to the hundreds of staff who float around the place.
The swimming pool is dirty from about lunchtime.
