It's a very pleasant place to stay, particularly if you stay upstairs in the balcony rooms. There is a terrace overlooking the gardens, a pleasant place to sit and have a drink. There's a pool (too cold for us in May, though). The staff are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are a little tired, with rather limp towels, missing light bulbs ...
