The Rezidor Group of which the Radisson SAS (sorry Blu as its now called) chain is part of has a core service philosophy of “Yes I Can”, they say its more then a slogan “its a way of life for all employees” in its hotel, but when it comes to the Tala Bay resort its more a case of “No We Can’t”

Rather stay in a tent
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/08
Don't attempt to waste your money coming here. I came as part of a group and they all had he same complaints. The staff are generally rude, and don't understand even the most basic English, so asking for help with any issues is a waste of time. Room cleaning is a rush job, they don't even replace used soap or towels. The "high ...

Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Average F&B, no gym operating when I was staying there, short part of beach, with large cargo ships in front.

Don't stay on a weekend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/15/06
On the weekends, the hotel sells tickets to the pool and small beach, to any walk-in. So no matter how fuull the hotel is, no matter how many people they have already sold tickets to, the will find a way to sell some more. By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/06
we went as a group to enjoy the beach. fair price for a family to stay, but building is getting old and things like dryer might not work as you want to. nice beach and pool. if you want more luxury then this place is not it. food was good as well as boat ride for kids. i will visit again for bargain price otehrwise seek other hotel like moevenpick and intercontinental.

Once a wonderful retreat...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/09/06
The Raddison SAS Resort in Aqaba used to be one of the premier properties in this quaint seaside resort. It used to be my place of choice when visiting Aqaba. It is located on the main hotel strip about a 10 minute walk to the Corniche and the the downtown area. The property contains decent restaurant, a couple of lounges including a seaside bar ...

We'll be back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/05
The Radisson is a family friendly hotel. It has a quaint sophistication which makes one instantly comfortable in foreign surroundings. Service was good, I don't say excellent because I have been to some hotels where the people are jumping up to help you before you realise you need assistance. At Radisson you needed to ask for assistance and ...
The Radisson SAS Resort, in my opinion, is the luxury budget hotel. You can stay in perfect rooms and be only a minutes walk away from the beach and for a low rate. In addition, all services and amenities are provided, such as several restaurants and bars, entertainment, a swimming pool, private beach, and fitness facilities. I especially enjoyed ...
