The worst La Quinta I've ever seen. It was dirty, smelly, front desk manager was rude. I can't tell you how bad the odor was, we only lasted 3 hrs., and couldn't even find anyone to let them know we were leaving!
The service was horrible. The front desk was incompetent except for 1 young lady. They severly over booked rooms and were very rude at turning people away. The hotel was great, everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was great and on weekends is extended.
Plus the rate was actually less by $20 if I'd booked with Baymont. The people checking in ahead and behind me each got a lesser rate by walking in w/no reservations.
