  • First Stop on Road Trip

    This was a nice first stop on our road trip up the coast. Clean rooms, nice and helpfull staff. Easy to get to from the freeway. Quiet area.

    Microbrewery around corner (Eel River) has great food and reasonable prices. Came as recommendation from front desk.

    Would stay here again!

    The grounds and rooms are beautiful and the attention to detail in the housekeeping is awesome. Large, spacious rooms, very friendly team-oriented staff, best breakfast buffet in a small hotel.   • Best vacation stay for the Redwoods.

    Friendly people, decent motel style rooms. A room with a jacuzzi bath if wanted Specialties such as an indoor/outdoor pool and a great breakfast with the room price.

    This place was convenient and nothing spectacular for the area. Best feature included the cleanliness and in-room refrigerators. Worst feature was the internet computers were not working.

  • Great place to stay in Fortuna

    Nice, new, and very quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and the full breakfast was truly that. We will return to the Country Inn for a second stay in a few weeks.

    Restaurants were within walking distance (less than 500 ft.) and the Eel River Brewing Company (just down the street) had great food at good prices - excellent ...
