When we decided to stay in North Myrtle last year, we looked through our "Stay & Play" guide from the Chamber of Commerce. We looked at many hotels, but for some reason, the Best Western Ocean Sands kept coming up. We finally decided to make our reservations for the Ocean Sands. Our stay was from August 5 - 12.

We liked the location and the price. The beach was exceptionally wide. This is a family hotel. The staff was nice and the room was clean. We felt very safe. The area was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We came the day after Christmas and left on New Year's Day - A great time!!!

The contin breakfast does not have the quality like other hotel provide,the rooms are not clean. Need to get vaccuitom daliy. Also the hallway where I found many dots. The staff are not friendly as we ask to swich room, they deny our request.

Stayed over the weekend of 6/9 - 6/11. Room was clean, great view of the beach/ocean, the kitchenette was nice to have also. Most of the parking is across the (not very busy) street. The staff is very nice. The pool is adequate and there is a Tiki bar for snacks & refreshments. The only problem during our stay was that the elevator was not ...

Very inexpensive hotel......Great location! Great location! We recommend highly! The staff was very friendly! We will be back soon. What more can I say?

Loved the fully supplied mini-kitchens in the rooms. We really saved on dining out! Great beach location, nice pool, nice big rooms with plenty of sleeping space.
